The cottage is furnished and fully equipped as described in the information  pack. Please note that we do not provide a dishwasher.

Bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels can be provided. For each bed weekly. Bath mats and teatowls are also provided.  Beach Towels are not.

The Rental prices include reasonable use of gas, electricity, water and  the telephone for LOCAL calls only.

Pets are allowed ONLY by prior agreement.

No more than the argeed number of people may stay.

The cottage is cleaned between lets and let in a clean, tidy and proper condition. You are requested to leave the cottage in a similar condition.   

Any  booking cancellations must be made in writing. Although we will always try to get another booking, the tenant remains responsible for the total cost of the rent for the period booked. If the cottage is re-let, we will return any deposits received, less expenses.

A deposit of £100 is required to cover losses, minor damage or any other additional cost arrising if the cottage is not left in good order on leaving.

The arrival time for the tenant is 4 pm or after on the starting day and departure no later than 10 am on the last day.

The owner accepts no liability for any loss of any kind or loss or damage to personal belongings of any member of the party staying at the cottage.
